What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy life force healing technique that balances your energy field. The purpose of Reiki healing is to relieve stress and pain, induce relaxation, release emotional blockages, accelerate natural healing, balance subtle bodies’ energies and support other medical modalities including traditional therapies, clear stagnant energy and recharge your mind, body and spirit. While Reiki can be done in person or remotely, physical touch is not necessary. Distance Reiki is performed remotely since energy has no boundaries.  A Reiki session can help calm anxiety, boost your immune system, reduce inflammation, enhance relaxation, improve your sleep and speed up a healing process post-surgery or injury however; Reiki is never a replacement for medical treatment.

During a healing with me I interpret and read energy in a few different ways. I am highly intuitive, Clairvoyant, Clairaudient and an empath. I am a Usui and Seichim Reiki master as well as an Akashic Records reader , intuitive energy healer, keeper of the Munay Ki Rites, and a crystal healer. I also use aromatherapy and sound therapy during a session. I receive my information by tuning into my higher self to commune with your highest self, archangels, spirit guides, and any other high vibrational beings that may come through.
